All apartments with 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 4 baths, very beautiful living room with dining area, comfortable couch, flatscreen TVs, stereo system, heating stove, south-facing balcony, some with terraces and loungers, exceptionally equipped kitchen, very bright apartments with scenic windows in the living area.
Service: AlpenParks Bistro & Café: breakfast buffet, small snacks, breakfast roll delivery service, shopping service - we will fill your refrigerator before you arrive, bed and towel service: all beds are made prior to your arrival, guests also have the option of booking bathrobes and sauna towels when placing apartment reservations, use of the Residence Sauna is free of charge, one parking space in the underground garage per apartment. If you wish to borrow grill equipment or take advantage of our shopping service, please contact the reception.
Recreation: AlpenParks Sport & Rentals: sports shop, in-house bicycle and mountain bike rentals. Member of Golf Gastein with very good greens fee discounts and great golf packages, tips on hikes, bike routes, hiking maps, along with one locker for sporting equipment per apartment.
Families: Apartments are an ideal option for families, providing a roomy and comfortable living space, as well as sets of children's equipment: baby beds, highchairs, games to borrow, a small children's playroom, top family packages, free childcare at the GASTI Club in July/August (exact dates and times are available on request).
Mountains & Spa: Top location close to the Alpentherme (with six different worlds of health and spa experiences: Relaxation, Family, Sports, Ladies, Sauna and Gusto worlds. Admission tickets, family passes etc. are all available at the reception desk of the Residence.
